Ruff on Track Hello to the leaders. Lately I’ve been focusing on enhancing the gifts God has blessed me with. I’ve become aware of the potential I have in pursuing my dreams and I couldn’t help but to share this new journey with my fellow leaders.

First let’s understand what potential really is… Potential is dormant ability, reserved power, untapped strength, unused success, hidden talents, or capped capability. Potential is everything you can be but have not yet become. Potential is unlimited power. Yes, unlimited. It is our purpose to reach our potential or at least give 100% effort towards reaching it. If we want to maximize the power of our abilities and gifts, we have to focus on reaching our potential. We have to learn to live for the moment giving every second of our life 100% effort.

Once you become aware that you are capable of doing anything you set your mind to, you will hold the key to unlock the true value of what’s inside of you. You can be as great as you allow yourself to be. You set the limit. As for me, I have no limitations. Dream Big, leaders!!!
